Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Going to any mechanic can be nerve wracking, but the team here did a great job with helpful, friendly, and efficient service. Ariana was warm and sunny at check in and was very helpful in getting the process started. Jasmine was the main technician I dealt with and was affable, informative, and wonderful to work with. Patrick was also very helpful and jumped right in when assistance was needed and did a great job on the oil change. Would definitely recommend the Beavercreek location to anyone!

Cody & Matt changed my oil & did an amazing job! We love using valvoline for oil changes! Quick and easy! They are very nice & professional! Ethan is a great manager as well! He remembers us and makes sure everything goes well every time!

The manager and service team appeared to be very well trained and knowledgeable, and they worked well together. The facility was clean and not overly busy. The service process proceeded rapidly but accurately, and the manager (Ethan) listened very carefully to all my comments and questions. The phone follow up I did with the Valvoline national call center (?) was handled promptly and efficiently. I was given two $20 discount coupons that were appreciated.

Hello yall, Came in for a rush oil change before heading to do a job for work and let me say Khaled was on his game. He is Very friendly, informative (guy knows his stuff). HH helped us get our fleet registered and hooked up the oil change with his crew! Overall Top Tier Service. If you need an oil change hit up the Beavercreek Valvoline off of Fairfield! Ask for Khaled or Zachary they will take care of your vehicle properly and are kind/friendly while helping.

Wow. Just wow. Every single person at this place was extremely professional, knowledgeable, proficient, and friendly. They thoroughly explained all of our options and recommended services without making us feel pressured. They printed the material for us to use to make a decision to either have them do it or have a dealer of our choice do it another time. (They were so good, we will just return there). I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a pleasant, easy auto shop experience. Then at least 3 people thanked us for coming in as we drove off when our service was complete. I didn’t get the name of the folks on duty but we were there on 6/1/26 around 5:30pm. Please let them know what an amazing job they did!
